Bevis Allen works for the Greater London Authority/Mayor of London as Youth and Sport Manager.

As well as currently being a professional boxing coach, Bevis has a huge passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion & is EDI consultant for London’s Active Partnership.
He has developed and delivered anti-racism, mental health and safeguarding workshops, plus developed the award-winning Clink to Club programme, which supports the transition of those released from prison back into the community.

Bevis is currently creating his own through-the-gate prison rehabilitation programme called ‘Restore2Prevent.’

Robert Baker has been a passionate advocate of inclusive and values driven leadership throughout his 40 plus year consulting career.

He now runs his own company, focussing on delivering keynotes, workshops and coaching for business executives to help them identify their values and so build diverse and inclusive workplaces that deliver business success. Robert is a Board member and Vice Chair of European Women on Boards, a Trustee of UN Women, UK, a Disrupter in Residence in DE&I on the Global MBA Program at EDHEC Business School and a visiting lecturer on Male Allyship at the University of Amsterdam Academy.

He is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute in recognition of his contribution to management and leadership.

Ian Joseph is joint Managing Director of Russam, the UK’s longest-established interim management company, working globally across industries ranging from Private Equity to Not-for-Profit.

He is also a founder of Trustees Unlimited, another B Corporation, which delivers one of the UK’s leading senior volunteer employee engagement programmes, partnering with companies such as Barclays, Google, and EY.

He has served as Chair of Kidscape, the national anti-bullying charity, as a NED for Avaaz, a $30m US-based not-for-profit organisation that promotes global activism, and as a founding Trustee of the Olympic legacy charity Cyclopark, now one of Europe’s premier cycling facilities.

‘Ronke Kokoruwe trained as a barrister and then qualified as a solicitor after obtaining a Masters in International Environmental Law from the London School of Economics.


She is a certified executive coach, a trainer and speaker and the founder of iVerbalize, a public speaking and leadership training and coaching business. Running, baking and singing are all part and parcel of her world and laughter and faith are essential to her soul.

Dwight Lawrence is a Consulting Director and Executive Team Coach at EYLane4’s award winning People Consulting practice.

Following an early career in Trade Marketing, he now has over 20 years experience of enabling senior leaders to tackle leadership and organisational development challenges.
At EY, Dwight oversees People Consulting projects across various sectors such as the Civil Service, Energy, Policing, and Professional services. He holds a BA (Hons) in Retail Marketing and an MA (Hons) in Strategic HR Development.

Dwight is an Accredited Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM Level 7) and a former Welsh U21 Athletics International.

Most recently, Sandy designed and developed a leadership academy for a leading logistics organisation while coaching and mentoring many leaders within that organisation.
