Obi Abuchi is a transformational speaker, certified coach and 6-phase meditation trainer, leadership consultant, and author of several books, including Leading from Your Core.

For more than two decades, he has been fascinated by the difference that truly effective, inspirational and transformational leaders make to those around them.

He’s discovered that the most inspiring leaders have learnt the secret of effective influence – it begins with mastering oneself and channelling one’s ego in the service of others, in order to lead in a way that is deeply purposeful, authentic, and courageous.

Now, he uses that knowledge to help leaders across the world develop a stronger CORE so they can lead powerfully from the inside out.

Peju “The Spark” Abuchi is committed to healing the world, one stage at a time, through the power of poetry and storytelling.

A Speaker, Coach, Writer and Educator of over two decades, she is passionate about empowering individuals, leaders, communities and organisations to ignite their inner spark by transforming how they live, love and lead.

Infectious energy and spellbinding oratory have led her to feature on platforms like Channels TV, BBC Radio, The London Mayor’s Office, Women in Leadership Publication, The Voice and ASPIRE’s Global Unity Conference.

She is the author of the 2024 book, A Poetic Odyssey of Proclamations: 31 ways to sow, grow and flow goodness into your life..

Bevis Allen works for the Greater London Authority/Mayor of London as Youth and Sport Manager.

As well as currently being a professional boxing coach, Bevis has a huge passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion & is EDI consultant for London’s Active Partnership.
He has developed and delivered anti-racism, mental health and safeguarding workshops, plus developed the award-winning Clink to Club programme, which supports the transition of those released from prison back into the community.

Bevis is currently creating his own through-the-gate prison rehabilitation programme called ‘Restore2Prevent.’

Robert Baker has been a passionate advocate of inclusive and values driven leadership throughout his 40 plus year consulting career.

He now runs his own company, focussing on delivering keynotes, workshops and coaching for business executives to help them identify their values and so build diverse and inclusive workplaces that deliver business success. Robert is a Board member and Vice Chair of European Women on Boards, a Trustee of UN Women, UK, a Disrupter in Residence in DE&I on the Global MBA Program at EDHEC Business School and a visiting lecturer on Male Allyship at the University of Amsterdam Academy.

He is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute in recognition of his contribution to management and leadership.

Ian Joseph is joint Managing Director of Russam, the UK’s longest-established interim management company, working globally across industries ranging from Private Equity to Not-for-Profit.

He is also a founder of Trustees Unlimited, another B Corporation, which delivers one of the UK’s leading senior volunteer employee engagement programmes, partnering with companies such as Barclays, Google, and EY.

He has served as Chair of Kidscape, the national anti-bullying charity, as a NED for Avaaz, a $30m US-based not-for-profit organisation that promotes global activism, and as a founding Trustee of the Olympic legacy charity Cyclopark, now one of Europe’s premier cycling facilities.

‘Ronke Kokoruwe trained as a barrister and then qualified as a solicitor after obtaining a Masters in International Environmental Law from the London School of Economics.


She is a certified executive coach, a trainer and speaker and the founder of iVerbalize, a public speaking and leadership training and coaching business. Running, baking and singing are all part and parcel of her world and laughter and faith are essential to her soul.

Dwight Lawrence is a Consulting Director and Executive Team Coach at EYLane4’s award winning People Consulting practice.

Following an early career in Trade Marketing, he now has over 20 years experience of enabling senior leaders to tackle leadership and organisational development challenges.
At EY, Dwight oversees People Consulting projects across various sectors such as the Civil Service, Energy, Policing, and Professional services. He holds a BA (Hons) in Retail Marketing and an MA (Hons) in Strategic HR Development.

Dwight is an Accredited Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM Level 7) and a former Welsh U21 Athletics International.

Sarah Meisinger is a coach, a mum of two small children and holds a First Class MSc in Applied Positive Psychology – the scientific study of what enables individuals and organisations to flourish.

With over 15 years’ experience working with non-profit organisations, Sarah has dedicated her career to developing people and leading high-impact groups.

In 2023, she completed her training in Understanding and Working with Group Dynamics from the Gestalt Centre.

She has worked in Australia, Singapore and the United States and is currently applying her expertise to drive positive change within police forces in the UK.

Driven by the belief that everyone should have the tools to thrive, Sarah is committed to equipping others to reach their fullest potential.

Bola Ogundeji is a distinguished leader in HR and Organisational Development, with vast experience in formulating and implementing HR strategies across both private and public sectors.As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she is the Director of People and Organisational Development at the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) and has a proven record of managing diverse HR and OD portfolios.

Previously, she was the Deputy Chief People Officer at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Bola is passionate about leadership and organisational development and understands the crucial role of HR and OD in maximising the potential of an organisation’s greatest asset—its people.

Marlon Oliver is a seasoned Enterprise Tech Executive and Investor with over 24 years of
expertise in the software industry.

A true tech enthusiast, Marlon is known for leading high-performing teams that guide customers and partners through the complexities of the ever-changing technology landscape, unlocking maximum business value from their investments.

As a founding investor in Snow Software, he played a pivotal role in the company’s early growth, scaling it globally, and driving its successful acquisition by Flexera, backed by private equity firm Thoma Bravo.

Today, Marlon serves as Senior Vice President of Flexera’s business, where he leads diverse teams across EMEA and APAC, fostering a one team mindset.

Eniye Oshunbiyi is a seasoned leadership coach, mentor, and author, specializing in self-awareness.


With extensive experience and expertise, she empowers leaders, coaches, and professionals across organizations to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful growth and development.

Eniye has guided corporate leaders worldwide, leveraging AI as a tool to deepen self-awareness and foster development.

Her client portfolio includes prominent organizations such as Barclays, Lloyds, Accenture (Europe & USA), National Grid (UK/USA), as well as headteachers and public sector leaders.

Toye Oshunbiyi is a seasoned Business/Leadership coach, and speaker dedicated to empowering business leaders to achieve extraordinary results with focus, innovation, and intentional leadership.

As the founder and CEO of Business Leaders Coach, Toye specialises in guiding executives and entrepreneurs to harness the power of AI and human-centred leadership, enabling them to double their productivity and make a lasting impact.

With over two decades of experience in leadership development, Toye helps clients navigate complex challenges while maintaining clarity and consistency.

Jasmine Perera has worked in the finance and the automotive industry for circa 30 years, gaining much experience as a woman in a predominately male environment.

Working to empower individuals and teams through authentically ‘showing up’ as yourself, she has continued to nurture balance with compassion.

Having designed programmes and workshops to support leaders in creating conscious and effective psychological safe cultures within the corporate world, Jasmine continues to lead with a coach approach as the head of business in the UK.

Her passion shows in her specialising in Psychological Safety through Executive Coaching and as a Practitioner of Behavioural Change with applied neuroscience.

Perry Timms has over 30 years of experience in business change and performance, with the last 21 in HR/Organisation Development.

He ranked Number 1 in HR’s Most Influential Thinkers 2022 (his fifth inclusion in that list) and is now in the HR Most Influential Hall of Fame.

He is a 4x Engagement 101 Global Influencer, a 4x Guest Professor, a 2x TEDx speaker, and a 2x Author (with his third book published in August 2025).

Perry is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Fellow of the RSA and in 2024 was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in self-managed, democratic organisations and a Global Culture Icon Award.

Sandy Willoughby has worked within the L&D space for over 30 years.

She has a wealth of experience in designing and creating interventions that change individuals and the way they lead. Sandy is passionate about growing and developing talent.
She is able to connect and build rapport easily and has worked across many levels within organisations and across many industry sectors.

Most recently, Sandy designed and developed a leadership academy for a leading logistics organisation while coaching and mentoring many leaders within that organisation.
Sandy’s many years as a leader means that she can translate theory into practical application.

Jarmila Yu, Founder and MD of YUnique Marketing Ltd, is a globally ranked Top100 CMO, Chartered Marketer, and Top50 Business Advisor.

A multi-award-winning businesswoman, she is passionate about bridging the gap between business and education.

With extensive leadership experience, Jarmila has supported hundreds of business leaders and led marketing teams, industry groups and committees, to drive growth.
