In a world that is demanding more from leaders than ever before, many are discovering something uncomfortable:

What got you here… won’t sustain you there.

Because the real challenge isn’t just what you’re building on the outside. It’s whether your inner world can sustain it.

CORE 2026 is a global leadership experience, bringing together leaders from across continents, cultures, and contexts to explore a deeper question:

Who do you need to become for what your life and leadership are asking of you next?

This is not about quick fixes.

It’s a carefully curated virtual experience designed to create space, perspective, and realignment… in real time.

Who This Is For

CORE 2026 isn’t for everyone.

It’s for leaders who recognise the gap. The gap between what’s happening on the outside… and what’s going on within themselves.

Leaders who are:

  • Stepping into more and feeling the stretch
  • Re-evaluating what success really means now
  • Navigating change and seeking clarity for what’s next

You don’t need more noise. You need space. To pause. To be honest. And to realign from the inside out.

What to Expect:

This year, CORE evolves.

From a local event…to a live global experience, with voices and perspectives from the UK, Canada, US, Kenya, Singapore, Germany and beyond.

Delivered in an online 3.5-hour immersive format, CORE 2026 blends:

  • Keynotes that challenge how you think
  • Guided reflection to help you process in real time
  • Interactive breakout sessions to deepen your growth
  • A global panel bringing diverse leadership perspectives

All designed to help you not only learn but experience realignment as it happens.

Obi Abuchi is a transformational speaker, certified coach and 6-phase meditation trainer, leadership consultant, and author of several books, including Leading from Your Core.

For more than two decades, he has been fascinated by the difference that truly effective, inspirational and transformational leaders make to those around them.

He’s discovered that the most inspiring leaders have learnt the secret of effective influence – it begins with mastering oneself and channelling one’s ego in the service of others, in order to lead in a way that is deeply purposeful, authentic, and courageous.

Now, he uses that knowledge to help leaders across the world develop a stronger CORE so they can lead powerfully from the inside out.

Peju “The Spark” Abuchi is committed to healing the world, one stage at a time, through the power of poetry and storytelling.

A Speaker, Coach, Writer and Educator of over two decades, she is passionate about empowering individuals, leaders, communities and organisations to ignite their inner spark by transforming how they live, love and lead.

Infectious energy and spellbinding oratory have led her to feature on platforms like Channels TV, BBC Radio, The London Mayor’s Office, Women in Leadership Publication, The Voice and ASPIRE’s Global Unity Conference.

She is the author of the 2024 book, A Poetic Odyssey of Proclamations: 31 ways to sow, grow and flow goodness into your life..

Angela Ahiskal is the Clarity Architect and creator of Energetic Leadership Architecture, a body of work exploring the inner life of leadership, the human dimension of power, and the unseen forces shaping how decisions are made and power is exercised.

She works with leaders and decision-makers operating in complex organizational and public contexts, where clarity must hold under pressure and over time.

Having lived and worked across three continents, Angela brings a unique perspective to the complexity leaders navigate today.

Her multi-faceted career as an international classical soprano, spanning opera, symphonic, and chamber music, as well as faculty leadership in higher education, has shaped her deep understanding of high performance environments where presence, precision, and decision-making under pressure are non-negotiable.

She brings a rare depth of presence, voice, and embodiment into her work with leaders who have already achieved success but sense that something deeper is now being asked of them.

Through her advisory work, writing, and live engagements, she brings leaders back to their inner authority, where insight and instinct align, the next step becomes inevitable, and their leadership becomes unmistakably their own.
