In a world of constant change, many leaders are discovering that technical competence alone is no longer enough.

The future of leadership demands something deeper and that is greater self-awareness, stronger relational intelligence, professional mastery, and spiritual grounding.

CORE 2026 brings together leaders from corporate, public-sector, entrepreneurial and social-impact environments who are exploring what this deeper leadership looks like in practice.

The day blends inspiration, immersive experience, practical insight and strategic foresight.

Rather than promising quick fixes, CORE 2026 is designed as a space where leaders can pause, reflect and explore the deeper foundations of leadership in an increasingly complex world.

It is a catalytic leadership experience intended to spark fresh perspective, challenge thinking and inspire the inner work that sustains powerful leadership over time.

CORE is designed for leaders who recognise that leadership is not simply about strategy and execution, but about who we are and how we show up when the pressure is on.

What to Expect:

      At CORE 2026, you will:

  • Explore the Four Dimensions of Leadership
Engage with the personal, relational, professional and spiritual dimensions of leadership through thought-provoking keynotes, interactive sessions and panel discussions.

  • Connect with a Community of Purpose-Driven Leaders
Build meaningful connections with leaders from across sectors who are committed to growing both personally and professionally.

  • Step Back and Reflect on Your Leadership
Through guided reflection, experiential activities, movement sessions and breakout workshops, you will have space to pause, gain perspective and reconnect with the deeper foundations of your leadership.

He’s discovered that the most inspiring leaders have learnt the secret of effective influence – it begins with mastering oneself and channelling one’s ego in the service of others, in order to lead in a way that is deeply purposeful, authentic, and courageous.

Now, he uses that knowledge to help leaders across the world develop a stronger CORE so they can lead powerfully from the inside out.
